Gezira island in Cairo is one of the city’s most upscale residential neighbourhoods, situated on the Nile. The tower was built to cater to the city’s connoisseurs, standing at an impressive 17 storeys tall with just 21 apartments. Thanks to the tower’s location at the tip of the island, each apartment also enjoyed unrivalled views of the city.

Insignia created a unique brand foundation for the already-built tower, positioning it as the ultimate destination for first-class living. The project also included creating the name for the tower, along with creating its elegant visual language, designing a brochure as well as an informational and lead-generation website for the property.
